Delivery of Products

The delivery of the products is made exclusively through the express courier service.

For Romania:

For customers who opt for the reimbursement payment, the delivery will be made within 1-3 working days from the confirmation of the order.

For customers who opt for payment by card, the delivery is made within 1-3 working days from the confirmation of receipt of the amount related to the order in our account.

For Europe:

For customers who opt for the reimbursement payment, the delivery will be made within 3-14 working days from the confirmation of the order.

For customers who opt for payment by card, the delivery is made within 3-14 working days from the confirmation of receipt of the amount related to the order in our account.

Delivery times refer to the products that are in stock.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. Keep in mind that in certain situations, especially during the holidays, the delivery time may be extended, which may result from the congestion of the courier companies or from other reasons independent of us. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to a new external event, in which case you agree not to request our liability under any circumstances.

 

The standard shipping fee is 9,99 lei per parcel in Romania and 99,99 lei in Europe. If you buy products over 350 lei, the shipping is free in Romania. At the moment we deliver only in Europe. However, if you wish to buy something from the site and you don't have a Romanian address, contact us atmaria@mariacostake.comand we can discuss it.

Return of Products

Sometimes it happens that for various reasons you don't want a certain product anymore. If you are unhappy with the products purchased from this site and you wish to return one or more of them and receive the money back, you can apply for the procedure of returning the products within a maximum of 14 days from the day you came into physical possession of the products. Thus, if you want to return the products, we will give you the money back, all except the shipping fees. The money will be sent to your bank account within 30 days from the date of receipt of these products and after we make sure of their integrity. The shipping costs for the returns must be supported by the client.

On return, the products must be in the same condition as they were sent to the customer, in the original packaging, with the labels intact and together with all the documents accompanying it (invoice, etc.).  For return it is necessary that the products are intact and unused.

In order to request the return of the products, please write us an e-mail at maria@mariacostake.com in which you mention the date of dispatch of the package, the number of the order, the product returned and the amount to be returned . The payment method must be on card, in which case we will need the bank account details.
